In this compelling 60 minute fusion of traditional and observational documentary, our team of passionate motoring experts plan to race the treacherous stock route in home-made 4x4's, fashioned from salvaged classic Australia cars.

Freddie, Ric and James come from completely different fields of expertise, but share a common bond - the dream to take on the infamous route. They will have to use all their individual genius to build cars capable of withstanding the harshest terrain on the planet!
