Deep Into the Wild takes you on a journey to meet some of the world's wildest animals in some of the most untamed places on the planet.
Presented by adventurer and weird creature expert Nick Baker, this series gets up close and personal with wildlife in the world’s wildest places on earth.
Nick’s adventures kick off as he spends five days in the beautiful Kingdom of Swaziland, deep in Southern Africa. Here he comes face to face with the endangered black and white rhinos. Weighing in at over two tonnes, and capable of 0 to 30 mph in less than two seconds, they are extremely intimidating beasts.
Following a lifelong fascination with snakes, Nick is in his element when in Arizona he witnesses the rattlesnake in its natural habitat.
In Alaska, one of the last great wildernesses on the planet, Nick sets out on foot, hoping to discover a gentler side to the magnificent grizzly bears.
The journey ends hundreds of miles deep into the forests of Costa Rica when Nick comes face to face with more deadly snakes, poisonous frogs and treetop monkeys.
