Meet Ruby the pig who weighs over 200kgs and whose owner has dangerously high cholesterol; a dog who is diabetic due to an unhealthy lifestyle and the mother of four who feeds her family, including her dog on fish and chips four times a week leading her canine pet to develop morbid obesity.

With Nutritionist Lani Lopez and The Pet Doctor Seton Butler on hand, these owners must face up to their bad eating habits and change both their lives and their pets lives for the better.

Here begins their re-education, including pet and human food shopping and a demonstration of the exercise opportunities for both.
